There’s SUBSTANCE to those who accept their mistakes and say “sorry” when they know they’re wrong, those who genuinely understand from another’s point of view, talk to every other with humility & treat all they meet just the way they would like to be treated; It makes us want to keep these people who have the maturity to understand, etiquette to behave and the right kind of unbiased attitude towards everything they come across.
